       Transactional messages: VA Nexus Letter order confirmations, appointment scheduling, case status updates, and service-related account notifications

  ⚠ Xterra Health does not send marketing or promotional messages. All SMS communications are strictly transactional and service-related.

 

  Message Frequency

The frequency of messages from Xterra Health may vary depending on your interaction with our services. You may receive messages based on your activity and the status of your VA Nexus Letter request.

 

Standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages.

 

  Third-Party Communication

 

We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

 

  Opt-Out Options

 You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving messages at any time by:

1.     Replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any text message you receive from us

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will then no longer receive messages from us unless you opt back in.
